With the chapter under a 15-year suspension and the option to apply for reinstatement in 10 years, the Gamma Upsilon House Association has executed a 5-year lease agreement with Delta Sigma Phi. This agreement is effective May 2020 and can be resigned for an additional 5 years. During this time period, Delta Sigma Phi will have full access to the 220 Tallawanda property. We will continue to utilize Oxford Real Estate as our property manager. During this period additional members of the Board will be established.
