Did you miss the Delt Weekend in Oxford this past month? Here's what the brothers who made the trip were up to:

Friday 4/24  - Starting in the early afternoon Delt brothers from multiple graduation years started arriving at Mac & Joes (a pub in Oxford) for some fun uptown.  They then head out to Hueston Woods State Park Lodge where the resort had set up their own private reception room with a cash bar and snacks. They resumed meeting new people and catching up with old friends and eventually started playing cards. Some of the brothers who showed up haven’t been back for close to 40 years! From there, they retired to cabins (10 were reserved in the same area of the park) where they continued catching up with each other and held more card games.

Saturday 4/25 - A large group were scheduled to play the second annual golf tournament...unfortunately it was rained out. Some brothers stayed around the cabins playing cards while others went to the ribbon cutting ceremony of the David and Anita Dauch Indoor Sports Center (DISC), an indoor football and soccer building.  Brothers met and took pictures with two Miami alums: Super Bowl player Ben Roethlisberger and Super Bowl coach John Harbaugh. Smaller groups of brothers gathered to go to dinner at local restaurants. Afterward, everyone rendezvoused back at the cabins for some final card games and conversation.

Sunday 4/26 – The Hueston Woods lodge provided a buffet breakfast which the Delt brothers used as a final gathering point and a place to bid farewell to each other until next year, or hopefully sooner for many of the brothers.
