Miami welcomed the newest freshman class with a "Grillin' with the Greeks" event. At the event, our recruitment committee set up a booth and invited freshman to learn about Greek life and Delta Tau Delta. Since then, our recruitment committee has been in contact with over 200 recruits! Now the plan is to narrow down the field of recruits before formal recruitment takes place at the beginning of second semester. In the meantime we'll invite recruits to grill out at the Shelter, attend our philanthropy event, play basketball at the rec. center, or grab lunch with us uptown. We find this is the best way to find men of all-around excellent character.
